BUYER PICK-UP ONLY: 

Before items can be picked up, payment must be received in full by contacting the Business Office at 248-726-3065 and providing credit card information over the phone.  The information provided on the sale invoice is required at the time of payment, therefore do not call until you have received an invoice from the BidNet auction site.  Once payment is received, the Business Office will inform the seller that arrangements can be scheduled for item pick-up.  Buyers should NOT come in-person to the Business Office or the location of items without an appointment.

NOTE:  Items can be picked up during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday by appointment only.  In the event pick-up is not made within 10 business days, the auction agreement will be terminated and the item(s) will be re-listed for auction or disposed.

Buyer is responsible for loading items into their vehicle.  District staff will not assist with loading.

Bids from individuals in default on previous Rochester Community Schools’ auctions will not be accepted.

Sales Tax on All Items: All items for sale through this auction site are subject to MI Sales Tax on the total sale value in accordance with Michigan Sales Tax Act #167, P.A. 1933, as amended, or sales tax license exemption number must be provided.

Tax Exempt Customers NOTE:  Rochester Community Schools requires a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form 3372 for each purchase. You must supply the Treasury Form 3372.  If we do not receive a signed copy of the form, you will not be considered tax exempt for any purchase.
