Please keep in mind that this is a decommissioned municipal vehicle and scratches, dents, chipped paint, cracked lights, cracked trim pieces, and other cosmetic issues will be found. Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before bidding as this vehicles is sold "AS-IS."

Payment can be made by cash or check only. Vehicle must be picked up and paid for within 7 days of auction close or vehicle will be re-listed.

If equipment and/or items are not picked up within 7 days at the prearranged scheduled date and time, the County of Livingston reserves the right to retain the equipment and re-list the equipment for auction. Upon having to take that action the risk of that buyer being blocked from future auctions is likely.

PROCESS: The successful bidder will receive an invoice from the County of Livingston (the County).  Auction item(s) will be available for payment and pick-up at the County location listed on the invoice.  Purchaser must coordinate pick-up with the County representative listed on the invoice within five (5) business days of invoice.  To pick-up auction item(s), successful bidder shall present proof of payment and valid picture ID to County contact detailed below. 

TERMS OF SALE LIABILITY: All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without warranty either expressed or implied.  All auction sales are final.  Pick up of auction item(s) is at the risk and expense of the purchaser.  The County may withdraw an auction posting at any time.  The County assumes no liability for inaccurate or erroneous descriptions contained in any auction listing.  Bidders are encouraged to contact the County contact listed on the auction with any questions prior to submitting a bid. 

TIME LIMIT: If auction items are not picked-up, the County reserves the right to retain the auction item(s) and re-list the auction.  All item(s) within the auction must be picked-up within in seven (7) business days from invoice and without County staff participation. 

PAYMENT: The County accepts: money order, certified check, cash, or credit card (additional fee applies).  The 5% Buyer’s Premium is included on the invoice.
