Manufactured in February of 2011. Lot is used gear and over 10 years old.  

Gear is no longer NFPA compliant.

Payment location is at the City of Rochester Hills' City Hall and Pick-up location is our Fire Station #1

NOTE:  A 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final sale price.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP ONLY: 

Purchaser must have a prearranged appointment - you must call (248) 841-2536 or email quinna@rochesterhills.org first to arrange an appointment to pick-up item(s) purchased as the City will need a 20-30 minute notice to assure staff availability.

Items must be picked up during the hours of 9 am - 4 pm Monday thru Friday.  In the event pick-up is not made within 10 days, the auction agreement will be terminated and the item(s) will be re-listed for auction.

Payment to be made at Rochester Hills City Hall, Purchasing Office, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI.  Pickup is at the Rochester Hills Fire Station #1 facility, located at 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills. Customer is responsible for loading merchandise.

Bids from individuals in default on previous Rochester Hills’ auctions will not be accepted.

Sales Tax on all items: All items for sale through this auction site that the City of Rochester Hills participates are subject to Sales Tax on the total sale value in accordance with Michigan Sales Tax Act #167, P.A. 1933, as amended, or sales tax license exemption number must be provided.

Tax Exempt Customers NOTE:  Effective 2/1/2007, the Department of Treasury is requiring a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form 3372 for each purchase. You must supply the Treasury Form 3372. 

If we do not receive a signed copy of the form, you will not be considered tax exempt for any purchase.
