LOT OF 4 BURNT ORANGE OFFICE CHAIRS WITH ARMS AND METAL BASE. 

PROCESS: The successful bidder will receive an invoice from the County of Livingston (the County).  Auction item(s) will be available for pick-up at the County location listed on the invoice.  Please pay the invoice at the Livingston County Treasurer’s office (200 E. Grand River Ave., Howell, MI 48843).  Purchaser must coordinate pick-up with the County representative listed on the invoice within five (5) business days of invoice.  To pick-up the auction items, the successful bidder shall present proof of payment and valid picture ID. 

TERMS OF SALE LIABILITY: All items are sold "as is" and "where is" without warranty either expressed or implied.  All auction sales are final.  Pick up of auction item(s) is at the risk and expense of the purchaser.  The County may withdraw an auction posting at any time.  The County assumes no liability for inaccurate or erroneous descriptions contained in any auction listing.  Bidders are encouraged to contact the County contact listed on the auction with any questions prior to submitting a bid.

TIME LIMIT: If auction items are not picked-up, the County reserves the right to retain the auction item(s) and re-list the auction.  All item(s) within the auction must be picked-up within in five (5) business days from invoice and without County staff participation.

PAYMENT: The County accepts: credit card payments, Money Order, Certified Check or Cash.  Michigan sales tax and a 5% Buyer’s Premium are included on the invoice.  If a tax exemption form is presented at the time of payment, sales tax can be removed from the invoice.
