NOTICE TO BIDDERS Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) is currently accepting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of sodium hypochlorite solution (15%), sodium hydroxide solution (20% - membrane grade), and aluminum sulfate solution (48% - iron free).
