SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) will be accepting sealed proposals for the design, integration, and installation of a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. Hereafter all correspondence will be labeled “2016 SCADA Improvement Project”. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 14, 2016 in the Wastewater Administration Office at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198. Bid documents can be obtained by contacting Helen Dudley by phone at 734-484-4600 extension 207 or by email at hdudley@ycua.org.
