SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) is currently accepting sealed bids for plan development, sampling, analysis, and reporting of emissions from our Fluidized Bed Sewage Sludge Incinerator, pursuant to Air Permit #MI-ROP-B6237-2015 (ROP), 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart MMMM, and the owner’s specifications. Hereafter all correspondence shall be labeled “2015 Sewage Sludge Incinerator Emission Testing”. Sealed bids will be accepted by hard copy only until 2:00 p.m. local time on September 18, 2015 in the Wastewater Administration Office located at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198 and opened thereafter. Bid documents, inquiries, and information concerning the “2015 Sewage Sludge Incinerator Emission Testing” shall be directed to Luther Blackburn, YCUA’s representative by phone at (734) 484-4600 extension 121 or by email at lblackburn@ycua.org.
