SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
FULL TITLE: PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A BASIS OF DESIGN, PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION, AND PROJECT PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATION FOR THE PRIORITY 1B AND SELECT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT STATE REVOLVING FUND PROJECT NO. 5446-01 AT THE MILK RIVER RETENTION TREATMENT FACILITY. The Wayne County Drain Commissioner is requesting proposals to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of selecting a qualified proposer to provide professional engineering services for the development of a basis of design, design of improvements, preparation of documents for project bidding and construction, bid review, construction administration, and project performance certification necessary to implement the Priority 1B and Select improvements associated with the Milk River Intercounty Drain Drainage District at the Milk River Retention Treatment Facility. PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.
