SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Replacement of water main, sanitary sewer, road infrastructure and all pertinent materials as well as all associated demolition and/or restoration for the Village of Dundee Infrastructure Improvements on Outer Drive. This project consists of water main, gravity sanitary sewer, water/storm/sanitary service leads, sidewalks, street paving, curb and gutter, storm drainage, and miscellaneous site restoration. Principal items and approximate quantities will include but are not limited to: 1. 514 l.f. 8” gravity sanitary sewer 2. 676 l.f. 12” gravity sanitary sewer 3. 115 l.f. 15” gravity sanitary sewer 4. 83 l.f. 12” RCP storm sewer 5. 150 l.f. 15” RCP storm sewer 6. 557 l.f. 18” RCP storm sewer 7. 1525 l.f. 8” PVC water main 8. 5 fire hydrant assemblies 9. 2433 l.f. F-4 curb and gutter 10. 8.25 SY 8” concrete road 11. 2 ADA Detectable Warning panels & 2950 SY 4” sidewalk 12. 1046 tons of asphalt road replacement w/1787 tons of 21-AA aggregate base
