SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
This projects includes: Interior renovations include but not limited to: minor demolition, new partitions, ceilings, new wood doors, metal frames and hardware, new floor and wall finishes, new plastic laminate casework, modifications to existing masonry, new mechanical systems including HVAC ductwork, plumbing modifications and new fixtures, new rooftop mechanical units, new lighting and electrical power. Exterior renovations include new entrance canopy, new exterior aluminum frames with “frp” doors and glazing, modifications to existing masonry, new exterior sealants, and concrete sidewalk replacement. All labor and material for a complete installation is to be provided as part of this project.
