SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Village of Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced southeastern Michigan based contractor to furnish materials and perform the necessary labor for the completion of the following: Fireplace Repair at Beverly Park Pavilion – 18801 Beverly Road, Beverly Hills, MI 48025 1. Remove damaged metal grates 2. Rebuild fire boxes for new removable grates 3. Repair brick veneer on the face of the fireplace 4. Remove all debris 5. Inspect chimney for any needed repairs and provide a cost to repair 6. Cost of four new metal cooking grates
