SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE APPLICATION OF FERTILIZER  BY THE VILLAGE OF BEVERLY HILLS, MICHIGAN The Village of Beverly Hills will be requesting bids for the fertilization of Beverly Park located at 18801 Beverly Road, Administrative Office located at 18500 W. 13 Mile Road, Police & Fire Department Building located at 18600 W. 13 Mile Road, and Riverside Park located on the south side of Riverside Drive east of Evergreen Road. Bids will be publically opened at the Village Office, 18500 W. 13 Mile Road, Beverly Hills, MI 48025, at 10:00 am local time on Thursday, September 4, 2014. The Bid will be for four (4) applications of weed and feed per year at each location, for three consecutive years. A map showing the area of Beverly Park to be fertilized and a bid sheet are available at the Village Office or available by fax. The Village of Beverly Hills phone number is 248-646-6404. The successful Bidder must be able to supply liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 with the Village of Beverly Hills named as additional insured.  Thomas Meszler, P.E. Director of Public Services
