SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is soliciting proposals for qualifications of Architectural and Engineering firms. The firm services would include but not limited to demolition and renovation plans to remedy improper construction of brick work and restoration of site grading at Lake Erie Transit Commission (LETC) Maintenance Facility located at 1105 West Seventh Street Monroe, MI 48161. All project renovations must comply with ADA regulations. This is a one time purchase contract which would expire when A&E services for this project is completed. SMART does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or any forthcoming projects, under this Contract. The selected Architectural and Engineering firm (A/E) will perform as delineated in the following specifications.
