SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
SMART is looking for partner to provide support for our EMC Celerra NS 120F SAN. This SAN is the main data store for our network and is mission critical to SMART providing services to our riders. We are looking for a partner to provide the following; 1. Technical Support by telephone of web. 2. 7x24 support with 4 hour responds time for any system failure of the SAN. 3. Monitoring of the “Connect Home” feature available with SMART’s NS120F system. 4. Replacement or repair of failed components required for the SAN to function properly. This is to include all items listed in the system configuration snapshot. (provided below) a. This SAN has a three tier storage system with the following types of hard drives; RPM Capacity 15K 320 GB 10K 1 TB 7.2K 2 TB
