SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Perform inspections and maintenance four (4) times per year on a seasonal basis to include the replacement of belts and filters, adjustments, cleaning, lubrication and complete overall general maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functionality. All costs for material and labor will be included in the proposed pricing, no additional charges will be approved for quarterly preventative maintenance
