L’ANSE CREUSE PUBLIC SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT / INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received, opened and read aloud, by L’Anse Creuse Public Schools located at the Harry L. Wheeler Community Center and Administrative Offices, 24076 Frederick. V. Pankow Blvd, Clinton Township, by mail or hand delivered on April 2, 2013 by 10:00 am, local time. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date for the following work: Bid Package #16 Frederick V. Pankow Center Renovations and L'Anse Creuse Middle School – East Flooring All bidders must provide the familial disclosure statement, in compliance with MCL 380.1267, as listed on the Bid Proposal Form. This statement must be sworn and notarized disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent of L’Anse Creuse Public Schools. L’Anse Creuse Public Schools shall not accept any bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at 2:30 pm at the Frederick V. Pankow Center: 24600 Frederick V. Pankow Blvd, Clinton Twp. Contract documents will be available for examination and distribution at Dunn-Blue Reprographics in Clawson, MI on Monday, March 18, 2013 at noon. A $25 fee is required in order to obtain plans and specifications. Examinations may be made at: ARC (formerly Dunn-Blue Reprographics) located at 1009 W.
