SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The primary objective of the work resulting from this RFP is a comprehensive job analysis, classification, and compensation study of all job classifications. This is to include developing a proposed wage structure and preparation of job descriptions. Classification and wage recommendations are to be based on market compensation data and include information regarding the financial impact of the proposed wage structure.
