SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The objective of this RFP is to provide an exploratory study to assess and develop a long term sustainable vision for the downtown campus of the county, which is comprised of Administrative, Judicial and Correctional facilities. Study must include an assessment of current land and space usage and recommended solutions of renovations and/or relocation and rebuilding.
