SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The primary objective of the work resulting from this RFP is to find solutions for County document management systems in twenty-four (24) County Departments throughout various buildings. Proposed solutions should include applicable hardware, software, and maintenance. Document management includes printing, faxing, scanning, duplicating, etc.
