SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The primary objective of the work resulting from this RFP is to develop a 5-10-20 year plan for improvements to the County Parks. Isabella County is considering upgrades including updated facilities, expanded campgrounds, trail development, and exciting new barrier free play equipment.
