SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Replace all joint sealant material, patching of all damaged Exterior Insulation Finishing System ( EIFS), stucco surface replacement and hole repairs, crack repairs and sealing, all surface areas to blend with the existing finish, and preparation and painting of all vertical and horizontal EIFS surfaces on the Activity Building, Bath House, and Administration/Concession Buildings.
