SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Genesee County has a need to contract for janitorial cleaning services to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment, in a cost effective manner. At each facility, the Contractor is responsible for cleaning the entire building excluding the mechanical and electrical rooms and any areas designated by the County Contract Administrator. See the Scope of Work Section for all the cleaning requirements.
