SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
A Mandatory meeting and site visit will be at 4800 S. Saginaw St., located in the west end of the IINN facility, on Tuesday July 26, 2016 at noon. Attendance at walk-through inspection is required for the submission and consideration of any proposal. Genesee County is requesting Proposals from responsible and established firms or individuals known to be experienced and regularly engaged in General Contracting and Construction Services.
