SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed proposals for the performance of work listed below will be received by The Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Genesee, Michigan at 211 West Oakley Street, Flint, Michigan until 10:00 a.m., March 06, 2017 at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following project: Proposals may also be obtained from the Road Commission Web Site at www.gcrc.org.  A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Genesee County Road Commission, 211 West Oakley Street, Flint, Michigan 48503 for review of the documents, and response to any questions which may arise. All prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting before submitting a bid for this project.
