SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) is seeking a qualified firm to provide design build services under a negotiated fixed price contract. The firm is to perform and provide, as a single source of responsibility, all services, disciplines, limited management services, and administration for the design and construction of the project. The intent of this project is to provide all labor, materials and equipment to fully perform the work of closed circuit television and multi sensor inspection, cleaning, open cut repair and rehabilitation/lining of circular and non-circular storm and sanitary sewer 8-inch thru 204-inch diameter by using the relining methods of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), slip lining or pipe bursting conforming to the requirements of the current standard specification for lining sewers.
