SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Work consists of the redevelopment of two(2) separate parking lots that are associated with Crowell Recreation Center located in the City of Detroit to include Green Infrastructure elements. Modification to the parking lots as well as the connections to the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) system are included in the project. For more detailed description, please refer to Exhibit A - General Description of Work and Project.
