SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority and SMG, Inc. as its agent requires a qualified window and glass door installation and maintenance company to perform repairs at COBO Center. The Atrium of COBO Center contains many large commercial glass panels as well as full glass entry doors. The awarded bidder will have demonstrated a history of work on a significantly comparable scope and scale and provided a competitive pricing proposal.
