SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority is inviting all qualified proposers to provide all skilled labor, material, equipment, traffic control, hoisting, public safety and security, tools,power and water, incidentals to obtain all required permits, install, maintain and saw cut, excavate, tap compact and install catch basin and fire hydrant, place and test subpavement patching and all necessary transportation costs, fees, permits, taxes, insurance, overhead and profit, to complete the work described in the attached RFP.
