SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority is requesting all vendors to provide all required design, labor, material, delivery, hoisting, public safety, tool, equipment & material security, temporary power, and incidentals to properly remove and replace concrete and expansion joints at both the Roof Parking Helix & Bridge and the rear Loading Dock and to include all necessary transportation costs, fees, permits, taxes, insurance, overhead, profit, etc. as descibed including all items incidental thereto or necessary to complete the Work, though not specifically mentioned, in accordance with contract documents, F.O.B. COBO Center, Detroit, Michigan.
