SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority is inviting all established, experienced, licensed firms to submit proposals to provide services to Cobo Center as these relate to the implementation of the Center's Phase IIIb Construction Program and as defined in the attached RFP.
