SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Detroit Public Library (DPL) is soliciting bids for Refuse Removal services at 21 locations throughout Detroit, Michigan. Types of refuse to be removed includes recyclable paper, books, cardboard and common trash items. The anticipated contract will include one base year (July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018), with the option for DPL to renew for up to two additional years.
