SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued for the County of Wayne (County) Department of Corporation Counsel to solicit responses from qualified firms and individuals to develop an ongoing list (“List”) to provide Legal Services. The Respondents are to formally express interest and submit credentials relative to the service. After the responses have been received, they will be reviewed and the County will establish the list. Placement on the List is only valid until the List expires. At the time a need for services arises, the County may select a Firm or individual from the List. The List will expire January 31, 2017, regardless of the date of placement on the list or the date of the commencement of activity under the resulting contract(s). PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.
