SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Charter County of Wayne hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide services for the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) supplemental nutrition program. These services will be provided in compliance with all WIC program requirements and procedures as specified in the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) WIC program policies and procedures. PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.
