SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Proposals for the Structure Demolition, Removals, and Site Restoration at the property located at 7746 Cottonwood Drive in Georgetown Township for the Ottawa County Parks & Recreation Commission will be received at the Office of the Ottawa County Parks, Room 267, 12220 Fillmore Street, West Olive, Michigan, 49460 until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 23. Faxed or emailed proposals are acceptable. There will not be a public bid opening The Project consists of the complete demolition, removal, and disposal of a vacant house, storage shed, and miscellaneous debris, including all necessary earthwork and restoration. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site and are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the site and scope of work prior to preparing bids.
