SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Midland County is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to develop a simplified set of construction drawings/specifications for our new secure inmate holding facility. The County has created a program and developed a schematic design for this facility. The approximate 3,500 s.f. building will be constructed on the site of the soon to be demolished (old) Midland County Jail at 301 W. Main Street, Midland, MI.
