SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The County of Midland will be accepting proposals from qualified firms who can provide Custodial Banking Services for its Retiree Health Care Plan and Act 345 Pension Plan funds. Interested firms can download the proposals instructions and details from the Midland County website at www.co.midland.mi.us. Proposals must be submitted to the Finance Department no later than Thursday, June 23, 2016 by 4:00 PM. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The County of Midland reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any part of, or the entire proposal, make an award in the best interest of the County of Midland.
