SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Midland County Department of Parks & Recreation is seeking proposals from qualified Consulting Team to provide complete design, engineering, construction bid documents and construction administration services for the reconstruction of two miles of asphalt trail surface. The location of the development is in Geneva Township between the intersections of Barden and Alamando Roads. Access to the site will be from Saginaw Road and the Pere Marquette Road.
