SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The County of Midland is requesting Bids for the roof replacement on the Midland County Services building located at 220 W Ellsworth Street, Midland, MI 48640. Bids are due on or before Wednesday, September 7, 2016 by 2:00 pm. All bids must be delivered to Denise L. Mason, Midland County Procurement & Contracts Administrator, 3rd Floor Finance Department, 220 W Ellsworth Street, Midland, MI 48640-5194. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 2:05 pm in the First Floor conference room in the County Services Building.
