SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The County of Midland requests your participation in submitting a quote to furnish one (1) 2015 - 2wd regular cab, 1/2 ton pickup, 6 foot box and one (1) 2015 - 4wd regular cab, 3/4 ton pickup, 8 foot box for its Mosquito Control Facility. All quotes must be in accordance with the attached quote specifications.  Quotes are due no later than 3:00 pm, Tuesday, March 17, 2015 to Denise L. Mason, Procurement and Contracts Administrator, 3rd Floor County Services Building, 220 W. Ellsworth St., Midland, MI 48640-5194. It will be the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery of the quote is received by the Finance Department in a complete and timely manner.  Quotes can be submitted by mail, fax or email. By mail, see address in paragraph above, fax number 989-832-6602 or email dmason@co.midland.mi.us. The County of Midland reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all quotes, to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in quotes or quoting procedures, and to accept any quote determined by the County's Representatives to be in the best interest of the County, whether quote is lowest or not. The County of Midland assumes no liability for any costs incurred in preparing a quote. Questions concerning the specifications of the new vehicle should be directed to Denise L.
