SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed Bids will be received by the Livingston County Purchasing Department at 304 E. Grand River Ave., Suite 204, Howell, MI 48843, up to 11:00 a.m. E.S.T. on March 29, 2017, and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Livingston County Board Chambers for the construction of ITB-LC-17-08 - Contract 200-146245-16001. The Work consists of installation of an 8-inch water main from Tooley Road to the airport terminal building.
