SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Livingston County is accepting sealed proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide Repair and Maintenance Services for County-Owned Fleet Vehicles on an on-going basis. Proposals will be accepted from independently owned companies as well as "full" service providers. Interested and qualified vendors may submit proposals for any or all of the types of fleet vehicles requiring repair or preventative maintenance. There are (4) sections to the Repair and Maintenance Services for Motor Pool Vehicles RFP. Vendors may bid on any one or all sections of the RFP. Each section details the scope of services: • Section 1 - Preventative Maintenance • Section 2 - Major Repairs • Section 3 - Collision Repairs • Section 4 - Tire Maintenance and Repairs Award(s) for each section will be for a three (3) year period beginning May 2017 with an option for the County, at its discretion, to extend the contract for one (1) additional two-year period for a total contract period to not exceed five (5) years.
