SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Southeast Michigan Consortium (SEMC)oversees the workforce development activities of the Michigan Works! Southeast. Michigan Works! Southeast provides workforce development services in five counties: Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston and Washtenaw. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from prospective One-Stop Operators and procure a One-Stop Operator to coordinate the partners and services of the five One-Stop Service Centers that are part of the Michigan Works! Southeast.
