SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Livingston County on behalf of the Department of Public Works (LCDPW) is seeking proposals from qualified environmental service companies capable of providing leachate removal, transportation, and disposal at the site of the closed Livingston County Landfill (landfill), located at 1551 East Barron Road, Howell, Michigan. It is anticipated that there will be one award from this solicitation for a contract term of three (3) years with the option to renew for an additional two (2) year period for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years.
