SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Livingston County on behalf of the Livingston County Courts is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors to supply the necessary supply the necessary equipment, installation and operation of digital audio video recording systems as described within the scope of services. Vendors shall provide proposals with the total cost to acquire, operate and maintain the proposed system for five years including: cost of hardware (excluding County provided PC’s and equipment) including foot pedals, microphones and headphones, integration with JIS case management system, software licensing, software maintenance and update fees, extended warranties, if applicable, on all equipment, and any other hidden costs not included above.
