SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Livingston County is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified and experienced vendors for a Cost Allocation Plan for Central Services and an Information Technology Cost Allocation / Billing Rate Plan. Both plans shall conform to 2 CFR Part 200 “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards” (formally known as Office of Management and Budget Circular A-87). The contract will be for a three-year period beginning with year-end financial data for 2016 with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years.
