SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Livingston County on behalf of the Livingston County 53rd District and 44th Circuit Courts is seeking proposals from interested and qualified attorneys to provide client representation services for its participants. The scope of client representation services varies based upon the courts client needs. As a result, vendors may select to propose services for either or both courts. The proposed initial contract period will be January 1 – December 31, 2017, with an option for the County, at its discretion, to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years. Competitive sealed proposals shall be evaluated based upon criteria determined to be the most important service features which demonstrate how well the vendor is able to comply with the minimum requirements for client representation.
