SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
This request for proposal (RFP) is for an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system. Minimum Bid Qualifications: Bidder has been an AMI provider for minimum of ten years. Current solution has been commercially available for a minimum of five years. Healthy financial condition of the bidder's company. A minimum of ten current deployments of 50,000+ AMI endpoints. Bidder must be able to integrate to WMS BS&A billing software and ION Enterprise SCADA software. Only systems with proven deployments that have the capability of supporting AMI Electric, AMI Water, Distribution Automation, Home Automation, Direct Load Control, Pre-Pay, and Dynamic Voltage Control under the same communication platform will be considered. Bidders must identify if there software is hosted or must be purchased.
