SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Wyandotte is seeking qualifications and proposals for the redevelopment of a prime Wyandotte Parcel for residential redevelopment. This property is a vacant elementary school. The City will consider the rehabilitation of the current building or the removal of the building and redevelopment of the entire site into a residential use.
