SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The South Huron Valley Utility Authority (“SHVUA”) is accepting proposals from qualified firms to serve as the System Manager for the wastewater system that serves all or portions of seven communities: Brownstown Township, Gibraltar, Flat Rock, Huron Township, South Rockwood, Woodhaven and Van Buren Township. The System Manager work load ranges from 30 – 60 hours per month depending on issues and problems which may arise and need to be addressed. (There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours, and the foregoing is a historical estimate).
