SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Wayne (COW) seeks a real estate firm specializing in commercial and or residential real estate to provide services for multiple properties owned by the City of Wayne. It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful broker/firm enter into a Professional Services Contract with COW to supply real estate services as outlined herein.
